CALPADS SPRG ODS - Enhance the reconciliation process for FRE records that need to be deleted.
In the SPRG ODS Reconciliation process, the records with a date that started prior to the first day of school but after 6/30 of the previous year are being closed 1 day before the enrollment start date causing the record to receive a GERR0005 error in CALPADS and will not post successfully. LEAs do not have ownership which is causing LEAs to have to manually clean up data, in some cases hundreds of records.9 votesHello, I wanted to let you know that development is starting on this item and it will be shipped when testing is completed.

CALPADS SPRG process - Adjust Program Start/End Dates to Enrollment Dates when CALPADS 504 option is de-selected
When the CALPADS option SPRG 504 Plans: Extract as an eligibility program with the program start date is de-selected, it should be analyzing enrollment dates and using enrollment Start and End dates instead of dates from FOF table if an FOF record exists and spans across school years.
Currently, there is no logic to handle programs that span across different school years. An example would be a FOF records that spans from 09/22/2022 to 09/11/2023 or from 12/5/2022 to 12/5/2023
