In Flex, create a way to identify Sections with no Primary Teacher assigned
A general report for Flex Scheduling SMS and MST that will identify Sections without a Primary Teacher assigned.
And, if an SSE/SSM record is not present, the Teacher will appear as Teacher 0 (unassigned) so that the section will appear in Aeries Query & Reports.5 votes -
Display Past Primary Teacher in GRD - Flex Scheduling
In flex scheduling when adding a new primary teacher in section staff, in GRD the past primary teacher no longer displays as the teacher who issued the grades in GRD. Past primary teachers should display for the grading marks the teacher entered.

Flex Scheduling Staff Section list - include all staff when searching
Currently staff only show in the SSE dropdown list if they already have an SSE record or an STJ record with CD = 12. Whenever we have other staff that need adding, we have to enter their ID to get them to show up.
It would be incredibly useful if we could search for staff not in the original list by their name as well as by ID.

Allow teachers in flex schools to take attendance by period instead of having to mark attendance complete for each section

Gain and loss report by Primary teacher and/or primary class at flex elementary
Enhance the Gain and Loss Report to have the ability to run the report by primary teacher or primary class, which helps teachers reconcile the data. This would impact Flex elementary schools where primary class tracking is enabled.

Option to Include Room Numbers on Flex Master Schedule Board Report
Traditional scheduling had option to include room numbers in staff schedule report. Flex doesn't have staff schedule report, instead directs us to use MST reports and the option to add room numbers is not there.

Convert to Flex Scheduling - Create a Year Long Class Calendar
Having the process create a 5 day sample record requires the user to have to remember to go back and complete the full year class calendar after the rollover. This enhancement will save users that step during the first time conversion.

Scheduling Setup and Track Primary Classes option
Currently the Scheduling Setup page allows the user to select "Track Primary Classes for Students for Next Year" without having the "Use Staff ID Based Counselor Tracking" Feature Flag turned on even though that setting is required to use Primary Class Tracking on the School Options page.
Add a Check for the Staff ID Based Counselor setting when using the Track Primary Classes for Student for Next Year option.
Also Add a Tool Tip message that says "In order to use this option, the Staff ID Based Counselor Feature Flag must be enabled."1 vote -

Flex Student Attendance - Add the Section Number before the course Course Title in Flex Student Attendance
In the Flex Student Attendance page, please add the section number before the course title. This would be helpful for attendance clerks to see the section number right there when having to update or change absence codes.
