Allow for Preschool Grade Levels Other Than -2. Some districts use grades > 13 to identify Preschool students. In Texas both grades -1 and -2 may include preschool students as defined by CRDC guidelines.

Allow for an escape button to be used when inputting scores.
Allow for an escape button to be used when inputting scores.
Sometimes an accidental click in the gradebook happens. If there was data there,
it is immediately deleted upon the accidental click in the cell.
If we could escape out of that cell and retain the original data, that would be amazing.
Without it, I need to track down the original paper that had the score on it....that's

Please put the course form back to how it functioned prior to the latest version update. If you must keep this design then give us an option to select the page view that we prefer. Again, this design is too time-consuming for the work that we have to do with courses.

Add User ID + User Name to CPE & CPO Tables
The Career Pathway Experience (CPE) and Career Pathway Outcomes (CPO) tables are essential to work based learning reporting. The addition of user ID and user name to both CPE & CPO tables would help better track which teachers are imputing WBL data.
These fields already exist in the Internship (ISP) table (ISP.IUI & ISP.IUN) and are extremally helpful for WBL data analytics.

Online Enrollment Application Status - change Completed titled to Submitted or Pending
"When an enrollment application is submitted, it is listed as a ""Completed"" enrollment in the Parent's AIR account. This should be titled ""Submitted Enrollments or Pending Enrollments""
Partial Enrollments should be re-titled to ""Incomplete"" enrollments. This way when we set them as Incomplete, they would be labeled as such.Once a record is Imported by the school site, the enrollment disappears from the AIR portal, and then under Completed Enrollments, it reads ""You have no completed enrollments""
Even though we send email confirmations, parents still log into their AIR portal and panic because it says they have No Completed Enrollments.…3 votes -

CALPADS SSID Import Error Email
As of the 3/30/2023 Aeries update, an error email is generating when using the Aeries Load Identifier process and when not using the new Aeries SSID Match process. The 2nd email should not be sent when loading identifiers.

Teachers Page - Default to "Hide Inactives" and Sort by Name
Make Teacher page default to "Hide Inactives" and sorted by Name -
I almost never want to view staff sorted by their ID number and rarely need to reference info for Inactive teachers/staff, so the Teachers page would be much more user friendly if the defaults were to sort by name and hide inactives.

Enhance the spacing on the one column transcript after the Date and before Hours columns so longer descriptions of Events for ACT.CD and ACT.RS combined will display in full.

On the Define Required Fields page add MST.HQC
On the Define Required Fields page add MST.HQC. This field is a required CALPADS field, and we would like to enforce it as a required field to save.

CRDC ENRL-2B for Civil Rights should pull from PGM.CD instead of LAC.SR
ENR2B for Civil Rights should pull from PGM.CD instead of LAC.SR. LAC.SR is not state reported but PGM.CD is and this will prevent people from having to put the same information in two separate spots.
