Aeries CALPADS SENR ODS Adjustment for the E150 Exit code
Adjust the CALPADS SENR ODS process to auto-populate the E150 Exit code for all Enrollment Status changes within the same school. Currently the internal 440 exit code is only extracting as the E150 exit code for the Enrollment Status change from 10 - Primary Enrollment to 50 - Non-ADA (and vice-versa) in the same school.

CCGI Extract - Do Not Include Concurrent Enrollment Students in StudentTemplate File
Adjust the CCGI Extract to handle concurrent enrollment records in this manner for the extracted files:
StudentTemplate - include students once with their primary enrollment school
TestGradeTemplate - include students once with each of their college test score records

In Flex, create a way to identify Sections with no Primary Teacher assigned
A general report for Flex Scheduling SMS and MST that will identify Sections without a Primary Teacher assigned.
And, if an SSE/SSM record is not present, the Teacher will appear as Teacher 0 (unassigned) so that the section will appear in Aeries Query & Reports.5 votes -

Allow calculating of GPA mid trimester
Add the ability to calculate a student's cumulative GPA mid-trimester.
During 3rd trimester, our counselors send home letters to 8th-grade students who are not meeting the 2.0 gpa. It is quite a task to hand calculate the GPAs for the number of students we have.5 votes -

Allow for an assignment to be designated with a different assignment due date for individual students.

Aeries Analytics Export to Excel Missing "Student" Column Header
Fix Aeries Analytics Export to Excel to include the missing "Student" column header. Exporting the list of students into an Excel spreadsheet is missing the Student name column header.
How to replicate this issue:
Logo onto Aeries using the district module
Filter for "Analytics"
Select Attendance % (Chronic) > Select only the Chronic (red)
Item Filters > Schools = a high school, Grades = 9-12, SubGroups = All Students
Students > Note total and click on the Excel export

Algebra 1 Requirement Met - Nightly Process
This field "Algebra 1 Requirement Met" is only accurate after running several reports. Students are meeting the requirement mid quarter individually through credit recovery making scheduling for summer school a challenge as well as scheduling for next year difficult. I'd like those reports to run automatically nightly so the next day is accurate.

Auto confirm when the last item is complete, or have the button be relocated to the last area confirmed.
Having a final confirmation after confirming each item duplicates the effort and not needed. There is a lot of items for parents to get through.
Many parents are trying to do this on their phones as they don't have a computer and trying to confirm data in Aeries on a phone is super hard/confusing and with parents that are not tech savvy. It's been a challenge and hoping Aeries can work to streamline/simplify this process.

CRDC - Update Algebra I Passed Logic to Only Check if the Student Passed the Course in the Administration Year
The Algebra I Passed counts should be based solely on the Algebra I classes taken during the administration year and the grades received during the administration year. Any prior year achievement, or lack thereof, in Algebra I classes should have no effect on the Algebra I Passed counts.
